Emma Moreland (she/her) is a bodyworker and homebirth midwife based in Southern California. After deciding to become a midwife after the birth of her fifth child, she set out to gain a deeper understanding of birth physiology while also hoping to fill the gap of representation in her midwifery community. Emma began apprenticing with a Nicole Morales in 2017 who helped her cultivate the skills of ceremonious birth, parent-led birth positioning, solution-focused and parent-child focused care, and informed as well as embodied consent. She also was mentored by Jamie Mossay in the art of intuitive touch for prenatal body balancing and childbirth education through Birthing From Within. Emma is a Spinning Babies Trainer and Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner Instructor.

Rindi Cullen-Martin (she/her) is a mother of two children and birth doula. Initially studying the interplay of mind and body as it relates to sport and exercise performance, giving birth profoundly changed Rindi and inspired her journey into birth work. As a birth doula, she is passionate about empowering families through the mind-body connection and education, providing opportunity for informed choices and ownership of their birth and parenting experiences. Rindi also serves as doula to Nicole, Jamie, and Emma in their educational and creative endeavors.
